Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade Python applications and data pipelines.
• Convert notebook-based and Databricks workflows into modular, reusable, and testable Python services.
• Build APIs and backend services using Flask/FastAPI.
• Develop data ingestion, transformation, and publishing pipelines.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and process geospatial/time-series datasets.
• Integrate third-party APIs and web data sources.
• Implement workflow orchestration using Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on AWS/GCP.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize ML workflows.
• Follow best practices around testing, documentation, Git, and CI/CD.

• Strong Python development experience
• OOP, Clean Architecture, and modular software design
• Unit and integration testing
• Production data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation
• SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB
