AWS Connect Developer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced AWS Amazon Connect Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, AWS Lambda to develop and integrate cloud-based conversational solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop AWS applications using Python.
  • Build and maintain Amazon Lex conversational solutions.
  • Develop AWS Lambda functions and integrations.
  • Work on Amazon Connect – Voice & Chat solutions.
  • Integrate Lex, Lambda, Amazon Connect and other AWS services.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and support AWS applications.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of development experience.
  • Strong Python programming experience.
  • Hands-on Amazon Lex experience.
  • Strong experience with AWS Lambda.
  • Hands-on Amazon Connect (Voice & Chat).
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs and AWS services.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Amazon Lex V2 / NLP-NLU experience.
  • AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch.
  • Experience with CI/CD and production support.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ Years
  • Location: Remote
  • Working Hours: CST time zone - 6 PM - 3 AM
  • Employment Type: Full-time
