We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow portals and applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development, scripting, integrations, and UI customization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal components, widgets, pages, and themes.
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Configure and customize Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot portal issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow scripting.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Good understanding of Service Catalog, ITSM, ACLs, and Glide APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI Builder / Employee Center.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
