Overview

QA with 8-12 years of experience, Strong Telecom Domain Knowledge, Good Understanding of Order Management flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise in testing Oracle BRM & ECE in various modules Subscription management, Billing, Invoicing, Charging, Rating, Collections.
• Experience testing BRM REST services, opcodes, flists, event processing, and external integrations.
• Strong knowledge in Software Testing Lifecycle.
• Well versed in Test Case preparation, Execution and Defect Tracking.
• Experience using Jira for Test Case management, defect tracking, linkage, status updates, and evidence.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman, SOAP UI.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, work independently, collaborate across onshore and offshore teams, and meet delivery deadlines in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on exposure to Test Automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in working in DBX implementations (OAP, OSM, ASAP) preferred.
