Job Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end B2C sales, from lead qualification to enrollment.
• Connect with prospective learners and parents to understand their career goals.
• Provide course counselling and handle customer objections.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain lead and conversion records using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Relevant EdTech sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in B2C sales, course counselling and lead conversion.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into paid enrollments.
• Experience in upskilling programs, online courses, test preparation or career-focused education is preferred.
