Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior PL/SQL Developer with 6+ years of experience specializing in Oracle HCM to join
our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining PL/SQL programs,
optimizing database performance, supporting integrations, and resolving technical issues. This role requires
deep expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL along with strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data models, data
migration, and integrations. The candidate will work with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS
environments and collaborate on complex database and integration challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL programs including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
• Optimize database performance through performance tuning techniques
• Support integrations with Oracle HCM systems
• Resolve technical issues related to database and HCM modules
• Work with HCM data models and support data migration activities
• Collaborate on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS implementations and enhancements
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Expertise in stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
• Performance tuning of Oracle databases
• Experience with Oracle HCM (Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or EBS HRMS)
• Knowledge of HCM data models
• Experience with data migration and integrations
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• 6+ years of relevant experience
