Overview

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage a Commercial Transformation Manager to play a key role in driving a large-scale commercial transformation initiative across the AMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Map, document, and analyze end-to-end commercial processes across business units and markets.
• Evaluate existing commercial processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and optimization.
• Drive commercial transformation initiatives by translating program objectives into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Governance, Change Management, and Business Unit Implementation teams.
• Engage with stakeholders across field sales, branch, and head office teams to ensure alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Support program governance by tracking milestones, preparing reports, and resolving implementation issues.
• Facilitate seamless execution of the S4/o9 transformation program across AMEA markets.
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and trackers to support decision-making.
