Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant with 7+ years of relevant Salesforce experience to support data integration, customer data unification, and Salesforce Data Cloud implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Design customer data models and unified customer profiles.
• Configure data ingestion, data mapping, identity resolution, and data harmonization.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external data sources.
• Develop calculated insights, segmentation, and activation workflows.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and calculated insights.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the specified night shift.
