Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and backend development to build scalable solutions for a custom CPQ platform.

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Remote/Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote, depending on project requirements. Candidates may need to visit the client location for complex project requirements.

Engagement: Full-Time Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend business logic for custom CPQ solutions using Apex.
• Develop complex triggers, batch jobs, future methods, and Queueable Apex classes.
• Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
• Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, Streaming APIs, external services, and middleware.
• Work with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, and Administrators to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex programming and OOP concepts.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, governor limits, and security.
• Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and database optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ; preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and frontend development.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.
• Agile development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) or CPQ Specialist certification.

Other Details

• Strict background verification (BGV) is required.
• Candidates with a history of moonlighting are not eligible.
• Employment gaps exceeding 3 months after the last employment are not accepted.
