Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Governance Manager to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise AI Governance Framework.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring Artificial Intelligence is developed, deployed and managed responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing AI Governance frameworks, policies and operating models.
• Implementing controls aligned with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Establishing AI inventories, risk registers and approval processes.
• Conducting AI risk assessments and overseeing mitigation activities.
• Embedding governance controls throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Establishing AI Governance committees, RACI matrices and accountability structures.
• Supporting AI assurance, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Developing AI Governance KPIs, KRIs and executive dashboards.
• Advising senior stakeholders on Responsible AI and emerging risks.
